Joseph Sobczak is an Associate at Truest Consulting where he quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support.

Prior to joining Truest Consulting, Mr. Sobczak worked for approximately three years at Ocean Tomo where he quantified intellectual property damages.  He produced best-in-class work product in coordination with AM Law 100 firms on behalf of Fortune 500 clients for patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, and breach of contract disputes.

Mr. Sobczak graduated summa cum laude from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.
