Our team focuses on providing valuations of IP for use in business decisions, as well as in the context of damages (e.g., patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret infringement). Truest also provides expert testimony services in the quantification of economic damages for other business disputes such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and employment matters. In addition, Truest offers IP licensing, strategy, and monetization services.

Founded by Justin Lewis and Nick Baciu in 2023, two experts in the field with over 25 and 15 years of experience respectively, our team promises to provide clear and persuasive opinions on the value of IP both in and outside of litigation.
