Senior Analyst / Associate

Location: Bellingham, WA / Greater Seattle Area

Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst or Associate, depending on the level of experience.  These roles involve performing detailed financial analysis, assessing the value of intellectual property, the determination of damages related to various legal disputes, and the writing of reports that support those determinations.  We’re looking for individuals that are both self-motivated and eager to learn in a collegial, start-up environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting financial analyses and valuations of intellectual property.

  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with both team members and clients.

  • Developing and delivering coherent, substantiated valuation and expert reports.

  • Training and mentoring the more junior team members.

  • Assisting with marketing and business development efforts.

  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in litigation consulting or valuation.

  • Superior writing, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Highly motivated with a proven ability to solve complex problems and perform detailed analyses.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

  • Strong drive to learn, improve and succeed in an entrepreneurial setting.
