Dylan Jaggar has ten years of consulting experience in high-stakes litigation involving many of the world’s leading financial institutions, government and regulatory agencies, institutional investors, and business of all sizes.  This has included numerous intellectual property disputes, securities and derivatives matters, breach of contract cases, class action cases, and more.  He has been involved at all stages of litigation, from pre-complaint to trial.

Dylan’s work focuses primarily on supporting Truest experts in quantifying economic damages, preparing affirmative and rebuttal expert testimony, preparing counsel to take and defend deposition testimony, assisting with case strategy, and preparing testimony for arbitration and trial.

Prior to joining Truest Consulting, Dylan worked as a Manager and Consultant supporting experts at Ocean Tomo, Vega Economics, and Econ One.

Dylan received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley following four years of meritorious service as a medic and NCO in the U.S. Army.
